Download KB961260

Expand the MSU files by the following command

EXPAND -F:* IE8-Windows6.0-KB961260-x64.msu C:\temp

and Expand the CAB files

EXPAND -F: IE8-Windows6.0-KB961260-x64.cab C:\temp2

Copy all *.MUM to C:\Windows\servicing\Packages

And Restart again the the Windows Update
