“%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe” –remove-sites-cache

And remove from the Plesk control panel

If that’s failed. Please run this command, and try delete again.

“%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe” –reconfigure-vhost –vhost-name=<your_domain>
